I had 1400++ days of a 10,000 step streak that suddenly reset 2 days ago. I called Fitbit and re-installed app, reset the watch, refreshed the app, updated the app- all to no avail. The person from Fitbit said it was an unfortunate glitch somewhere and it cannot be fixed. Anyone else have this problem? Advice?

Same here 2 days ago. Broke my streak & returned to zero on NY Eve. Had it been NY Day I’d have thought it was annual streak & not lifetime. It was a personal thing that kept me motivated.

Yes, it happened to me as well. Very disappointing.

I wonder if there’s anything else that could be done to help get the streak back?

I’ve read other articles with the same complaints. Fitbit have done nothing to fix a known glitch. The other disgruntled customers have changed provider to the ring instead. I think I will follow suit as this isn’t an acceptable service. The Fitbit was a gift to me on my retirement. As it’s not fit for purpose, I might as well spend my money on something that will keep me up to date & motivated. It was disheartening to see my efforts go down the pan. It may only be a psychological advantage to see the streak in days but that’s what these gadgets play on.
