I had 1400++ days of a 10,000 step streak that suddenly reset 2 days ago. I called Fitbit and re-installed app, reset the watch, refreshed the app, updated the app- all to no avail. The person from Fitbit said it was an unfortunate glitch somewhere and it cannot be fixed. Anyone else have this problem? Advice?

Best AnswerI’ve read other articles with the same complaints. Fitbit have done nothing to fix a known glitch. The other disgruntled customers have changed provider to the ring instead. I think I will follow suit as this isn’t an acceptable service. The Fitbit was a gift to me on my retirement. As it’s not fit for purpose, I might as well spend my money on something that will keep me up to date & motivated. It was disheartening to see my efforts go down the pan. It may only be a psychological advantage to see the streak in days but that’s what these gadgets play on.
