I seldom access the forums. I was checking recently for a different issue and noticed the recent rollout of a new firm ware version. Since I hadn't seen the update show up, I checked and found mine listed as:

Firmware version: 60.20001.184.52

It doesn't even look close to the recent post: Sense 2 Firmware Update 194.61

I have been unable to find a way to update it nor any information to that affect on a forum search.

@Goosse1962 there are reasons to believe this firmware has been pulled out. I also haven't received it and probably will never do 🙂

Can we get a reply from Fitbit here on this issue please. My Sense 2 is also stuck on the old 60.etc.etc version and i'm having problems with it staying connected to my bluetooth on my Pixel 7 Pro and getting notifications and even basic data from the app like my sleep score and such.

The new update Firmware Version 60.20001.184.52 caused numerous problems between my Pixel 7Pro & Sense 2...all started October 13/23. Time is off by 1 hour, water consumption, weight and other activities not longer synch. Battery indicator disappeared, etc.
