Let me help you with the display issues you are experiencing with your Sense 2.
When you see a logo of a certain app stuck on your device's display, it's because the app failed at loading. Try to restart your device if you haven't done so:
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
In addition, you may try to change your display's clock face. Usually this action resolved the issue. See How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? > How do I change my clock face?

Spotify isn’t available on the Sense 2.
