I have Sense 2 iphone 13 iOS 15.3 I am having an issue with having to close out the app and reopen it to get my text and Calls to my Watch. I also at least once a week lose my Bluetooth connection and have to turn off my phone or Watch to repair it.. I don’t know what the issue is I think Fitbit needs to update this app or something

I have the Sense 2 & IPhone 13. Notifications work for a couple of hours, then don’t come through at all, then I may get old notifications that were cleared. I regularly have to forget device in Bluetooth & repair or shut devices on & off to cure. This is completely unacceptable for a $299 device when I can buy the Apple Watch SE for $279 that will work flawlessly. Especially when Google took away music control & 3rd party apps & still waiting for Google Maps, Google wallet & the ability to answer calls with no definitive date provided.

Unfortunately i have to agree my buddy just has a standard $90 tracking device works without one hitch Fitbit trying to keep the happy medium between old and new technology is failing. Update your app and get with Google and get this worked out you want to sell smartwatches get with the programs I’ve tried everything I can think of not working out.

Yep; my Charge 5 walked flawlessly with my IPhone 13 & now the brand new $299 Sense 2 is a brick that can’t keep connection or provide notifications consistently
Google took features away from Versa & Sense to promote the Pixel Watch instead & now has released a flawed product under Fitbit that doesn’t even have the advertised features such as maps, wallet & ability to answer calls available at launch & can’t even provide notifications.
