Sense 2 Tracking Beats Per Minute

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

On the app, you get a chart under Today that gives you beats per minute for the whole day.  If you need minute by minute data (eg to calculate how fast your BR returns to RHR), however, the app is not suitable, not only because getting a specific reading is a pain but because you can't get it minute by minute.

On the Dashboard, you can see it second by second, but only--as far as I can tell--for tracked exercises, not the whole day.

Is there no equivalent chart for Today's BPM on the Dashboard?

Thanks!

Not sure if this answers your Q, but heart rate is recorded more frequently during time specified as exercise session, so won't be available at as high frequency during non-exercise.  Suppose could try starting a Walk or Workout and leaving it going 24 hrs, but that uses more battery (no idea how significant), recording more often, and I believe using more heart rate sensors during exercise. Don't know if it would ever auto shut off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

This is really helpful, thanks.  I don't even need it for 24 hours, just for the time after the exercise stops, to see how long it takes for my HR to go down. This workaround does the job!

Hello @Dab-123  It’s nice to keep seeing you around! @JohnnyRow  Thanks for the insight and for the information provided.

Using the exercise App is a nice way to track your heart rate and also your work out, you can also check our help article to know more about this.
