When I check the hr section on ny watch, it is showing occasional hr spikes. I am usually resting or holding the baby when these occur and it seems odd. I just bought a new sense 2 to replace my old one and never noticed this before. When I check the app, it doesn't show these spikes, even when I check the detailed hr graph. Why is this showing on my watch but not the app? Is it a true hr spike? I'm 5 months
postpartum so I need to he aware of changes.

Hi @firefly0528. The heart rate graph on the Sense 2 screen show the last two hours and is in one minute increments. The graph in the app is in five minute increments. You will never see brief peaks on the app screen because they get smoothed out. High heart rate peaks don't go as high and low heart rate valleys don't go as low in the app view.
Fitbits measure heart rate by analyzing pulsations in tiny blood vessels just under the skin. You should ask a medical professional if you are ever concerned about your Fitbit measurements.

The app has the 5 minute graph but I went to the heart rate zone where it shows minute by minute on the app. I see cardiology so I will ask them about it, but this almost seems like a glitch on the watch. My old watch was the same type and this never happened. I've been wearing this one for a month or two now and have only seen this with the new watch.
