After charging Sense 2 and pushing side to open Fitbit, logo pops up and then goes away. Can’t get code to set up.

Hi there @Ktirdil. It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with the setup of your Sense 2 smartwatch by following the instructions below:
- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the devices icon. (The one on the upper left that resembles a mobile next to a watch)
- Tap Add more devices.
- Choose your Sense 2 from the list and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
During the instructions you'll be asked to enter a 4-digit code that should appear on your Sense 2 display.
If you don't arrive to see the code during the setup, attempt to restart your Sense 2 and try again. To restart your device, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

The four digit code does not come up, The logo comes on screen and then a few seconds latere disappears.

I'm sorry to hear your Sense 2 doesn't work as expected. If the restart didn't resolve the issue, i suggest you contact technical support. They count with the tools needed to assist you further.
