My Fitbit Sense 2 no longer recognizes when I’m going for a walk. What is wrong?

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear your Sense 2 no longer recognizes when you are walking. 

Could you please check the Smart Track feature ? 

• From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the Exercise days tile.
  
• Tap the gear icon at the top.
  
• Tap the activity you want to adjust.

Sorry to say it did not fix my issue. My Fitbit is still not recognizing when I go for a walk (30+minutes). This started when the weather turned cold. Could it be multiple layers of clothes keeps the Fitbit from recognizing my walks? 
We are in for warm weather, I’ll see if it recognizes my walks with bare arms. 
If not where do I take it? 
I got it Christmas of 2023

Could you please check : 

• If your Sense 2 is up-to-date ? How do I update my Fitbit device?
• If your walking stride length is registered correctly ? Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?
