Sense 2 alarm doesn't vibrate

I recently switched to my new sense 2 watch and I have set my alarms like I used to on my versa but they don't seem to go off correctly. The screen will show the alarm but the watch doesn't vibrate. 

I don't have my watch on sleep mode or do not disturb as I read that that could be the issue.

Hi @Sky_124 - if you set an alarm for a minute from now does it wake the screen?

 

What can happen is the vibration is very weak and you may not notice it. Others have mentioned in the forums about it not going off so it may be a general issue

 

Restarting the watch may help in that case. How do I restart my Fitbit device?
