Can my Sense 2 be returned or replaced?

Hi,

Is there any way I can return my fitbit sense 2 purchased 3 month back. I waited to much thinking it will get better but now it doesn't. And I feel it's not worthy. Since it's more than 3 months my retailer doesn't allow me to return. If google/fitbit help me in returning or replacing with other it would be great.
