Last night, I accidentally reset my Sense 2 (long press on side button) and I can not get it to complete reset process. I have followed all of the instructions that I can find online without success. When adding a new device, the device is found but no 4 digit code is displayed on the watch screen for me to enter into my phone, therefore, I can not complete the process. Please help before I send the watch back to the store.
Also, every time that I have tried to answer phone calls from my watch, that action has fails. That's an issue but not the primary one. I'm willing to wait for firmware updated and troubleshooting for that; but of course, if I can get the watch to turn back on, it will be returned. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Charlisa,
Does the watch have any sort of charge on it? It might be worth charging it before trying to set it up again, since the setup process can take a lot of juice from a device, which may be part of the issue.

Yes, it's fully charged. Left it on the charger over night.

Hi @Charlisa - it is possible it is not charging - see all steps to check How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
It is also possible that you didn't actually do a factory reset, just a standard restart which would explain why you don't get a code.
