my fitbit sense 2 keeps disconnecting itself from bluetooth so I no longer receive notifications/vibrations on my fitbit unless I connect it back to bluetooth. Once I reconnect, it'll only take a few hours before it disconnects again. I recently changed from an Android to an iPhone, but this wasn't an issue on my Android.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @alphapenguin15 - make sure that the Android phone is not on, or remove the watch from it's Bluetooth, as the watch could be connecting to it instead of the iPhone and make sure [more likely] that there is no battery savings enabled on the iPhone which is shutting down the Fitbit App or associated services from running in background.
It should be noted for good communication if the phone is not in range or things are not running in background the app can't send notifications to the watch .

Hi @Guy_ , I've turned off bluetooth on the Android but it's still not working. I've also enabled background app refresh for the Fitbit app on settings if that'll change anything.

@alphapenguin15- thanks, you will need Bluetooth on and the Fitbit App running in background on your phone.
Try restarting the watch. Hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and release it. Wait for it to start.
Logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window, clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync. This should improve the connection, if not, remove the watch Bluetooth entry and repeat the procedure.
