Sense 2 audio not working properly

I have a new Sense 2, and it has been working without issue for the first week or so. Suddenly, I noticed that the audio sounds muffled. In particular, I notice this when engaging in telephone calls, and using Alexa. I have turned the watch off and on, and cleaned it, but nothing helps. Does anyone have any advice?
