Sense 2 auto tracking swim as elliptical

Since the latest update my sense 2 has been auto tracking pool swims as elliptical and it’s super annoying. For some reason different info is tracked for the workout if it’s auto tracked or manually set - and the detailed heart rate only shows up for auto tracked. Anyone found a fix for this?  I have rebooted and turned off elliptical auto tracking to no avail.

Do you have an elliptical? If no, turn off your elliptical detection.
