Sense 2 - awaiting my replacement

I am currently waiting for my 4th replacement of this piece of crap. The first one lasted a year and then died so I bought another one. That died 2 months later, naturally just outside the period of time to get a refund. They sent me a refurbished replacement even though I bought a brand new one. I received that one yesterday and today it too is dead so they are now sending another refurbished because they won't give me a refund. Customer service rep was nice but won't transfer me to a supervisor. Very, very unhappy with Fitbit. I canceled my premium subscription and will never buy another one of their products again.

Couldn't agree with you more, I've had a similar experience, its time to move away from FitBit

The amazing thing is that they don’t care it’s crap.  Mine has been a constant PITA since I got it in June.  Now it is no longer charging.  Looks like it will die before I even cancel my subscription.and buy an Apple Watch.
