Sense overheats and won’t charge

My Sense died on vacation. It wouldn’t charge using my normal charger, and when I brought it home to the usual charging plug, it overheated.  Still no charge. It’s hot and dead. Any help or suggestions? Customer Service appreciated.

Hi, @GertKnapper if your Fitbit is getting hot when plugged in, please unplug it as an overheating battery could be a fire hazard.  You can see all the ways of reaching Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com .
