Just purchased Sense 2 less than 2 weeks ago and one side of my band comes off continously. Called support & they want a pic of it which is crazy.
Overall, I liked my Versa much better than this Sense 2 and am looking into a switch to a different brand overall.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Chat636!
Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Sense 2's band.
Despite your original Sense, which had the more traditional spring loaded attaching mechanism, Sense 2 uses a quick release mechanism to allow for a much more convenient swapping of bands. Ist seems that there's a manufacturing fault with either your device or it's band. I'm sure that the support team will get the faulty part replaced for you in no time.
