I bought a new Sense 2. The designer bands I bought for my old Sense will not stay locked in place on the new Sense. I called customer support and they didn’t help. Why won’t the bands work?
Other problem is the 2 has turned itself off totally two times. Once with 39% battery and once with 79% battery. It takes several tries to get it restarted and I have to set it up again.
The last problem is the on wrist calls will not stay connected (Bluetooth). Every time I try to answer a phone call I can’t. I have to re- set it up again. Hopefully someone knows how to fix these problems.

Hi @Jennylynday.
I've seen quite a few reports from users saying that 3rd party bands have fitment issues. The official sports band that I've got seems to fit without issues. It seems that there is a a very slight size difference in the connecting part of the Sense 2, and this seems to have a different effect on different bands.
