Hi! My Sense 2 battery used to last 5-6 days for each charge. Just recently it suddenly only starting last for one day at most.
What is going on?
I've cleaned the contacts, turned off all day sync, turned off heartbeat tracking, etc. and nothing has improved the battery life.
Any other suggestions?

Most likely you've had the 'bad' 210.26 firmware update forced upon it, and it now requires replacement.
Many of us are/were in the same boat as you can see by the other threads in this forum. My Sense 2 was replaced under warranty, hopefully you can arrange the same.
Enter 'warranty replacement' at the following 'get help' link:

Hi Thanks for giving me more information. I have reached out to Fitbit, and as I'm off warranty (by a few months) all they are offering me is a discount to purchase a new Fitbit.
Why would I waste my money on a new one, if they won't even fix this one?
I asked the customer service agent if there was going to be a new update applied that will correct the problem, and they were not aware of any new update coming soon.
