Sense 2 battery draining fast

Hi all,

I have my sens2 since June 2023.

I pay attention to the battery life cycle. But yesterday, the device has submitted a battery notification at 5% (it was at 40% in the morning and I never recieve any mail notification for the battery)

I tried to factory reset the device and charged it at 100% at night, but it was at 40% in the morning (without any activity) usuelly it takes me 4 or 5 days to be at 30%

 

Any advice, can I have an exchange ?
