@Timr13 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your report. 

To better understand your situation, could you please explain and elaborate what does not work, the Fitbit app, Exercise  or any other app on the watch?
Could you also please elaborate the symptoms that you can see/don't see on the app with the difficulties?

The more info you provide the better can the Community recommend you something.
