This has been an ongoing complaint with the Sense 2. It has multiple posts about exactly this... Mine has been draining too much as well. It was at a 100% yesterday afternoon. I have DND on all night. This morning it's at 45%. So, there is a definite issue with this smartwatch. I did have on the "always on display," and I just shut that off and set screen to "dim" to see if that improves anything. I'm having to charge this watch almost as much as I did the Pixel Watch 2, and I returned the Watch 2 for that reason. Something is wrong with this watch. 6 days of battery life? No way.
I've seen other posters saying they contacted Fitbit and were told to shut off everything that makes this a Sense 2. I found in an internet search that they suggest turning off heart rate sensors! I mean, WHAT... Not ok! My Inspire 2 is in constant heart rate tracking and it doesn't affect it's battery life at all.

Did your new one work better, or the same?

Was her watch faulty because I'm having the same issue!

Hi @LSQ - your watch may also be faulty but there are several things to try.
If you are a premium user, check in the app you didn't have snore detection on for a previous watch. The Sense 2 doesn't support it officially and it may be running if you have huge drain at night.
Using watch Sleep mode puts it into its lowest usage state.
Note: The Sense 2 HR cannot be turned off.
However it may be the Fitbit App causing the problem.
Try running the watch in standalone mode.
Fully charge and sync then turn off the phone's Bluetooth. You could also place face down with the straps out of the way and so it can't detect any movement.
During this test you won't receive notifications.
As a last resort you could factory reset it but if it is faulty it won't help.

I don't believe I have snore detection on (and I didn't even see that setting in my Premium), and my previous Fitbit was an Inspire tracker.
Are you suggesting to keep my phone Bluetooth off all the time? I purchased a smartwatch so I'd know if I receive a call or text and I'm away from my phone. Is this supposed to just be a test?
I don't know, but spending $250 on this watch and going through all this seems completely ridiculous.
Also, I tried to contact Fitbit chat twice, and no one showed up the first time... The second time, chat didn't even load. So, far, I'm completely disappointed.
This should work out of the box.

I use DND at night. I responded to the remainder of this post on the other thread.
If mine is faulty, it seems like there are A LOT of faulty devices because there are posts all over the place saying their Sense 2 is lasting only one day. So, either the quality control is completely awful, or they are putting out updates that are killing this device...

I just got it up and running yesterday and so far so good but mind you I haven’t used the activity setting yet and I didn’t wear it to bed last night. So we will see

Go to the help center and use the chat function. The person I was chatting with asked me to do a couple of things with my sense and he saw something wrong with the battery and sent me a new one

I had no trouble getting into the chat! I told them I had done all the things for preserving battery life and nothing worked ie display on dim, vibration low etc

I got into chat the first time, but no one came at all. The second time it wouldn't load. I'll try again and see if I can get someone. Thanks.

It took uninstalling O2 app to fix my watch. All the articles say, shut off GPS, change your clock face, yada yada yada. I found the O2 article after seeing up a watch return. All of this researching is ridiculous. It should work with stock features. But, it doesn't.
Again, I contacted Fitbit support for a 3rd time, and finally got someone. However, she didn't go over anything with me. She said they'd replace it. So, based on that conversation I was ready to straight-out return it. I was also originally disappointed because all reviews for this watch say it has a call function. It doesn't. It has an answer function. Thankfully, I can respond to text. So, it has the capability to do outgoing calls and text, but their software isn't allowing it. And it's being marketed as having call out.
I'm shocked that this device has been out for years, and all these issues exist. I bought two trackers over like 20 years that were phenomenal. This watch is much more expensive, yet disappointing.

I picked the Sense 2 because I didn’t want to spend the money on the Google watches! So far the battery is holding the charge but I am not using the O2 sensor because I am not using it at night and I don’t answer calls on it and didn’t on my last one

Did you try turning off SPO2 on the previous watch (before replacement)?
I'm seeing a HUGE battery difference with SPO2 off. With it on, I was barely lasting 24 hours. It doesn't make much sense since it's only supposed to be on at night. I was barely draining at night with it on, along with DND. So, why the drain is happening during the day is beyond me. With the O2 off I'm thinking it might go 4-5 days.
I also answered 1 call on it during a workout, and that brought it down by 6% (front 70 to 64). I get mostly texts. I get a steady amount, and that doesn't seem to drain it.
I'm still trying to figure out if it's my battery, or indeed the SPO2 app...
