Sense 2 battery not working correctly

My sense 2 will not stay on unless I have it connected to the charger. It will shut off as soon as it is removed and when it is reconnected to the charger it starts up.  Every time it starts up on the charger it shows a different % of charge. Tried to reset when connected and that does not change anything.

Hi @MJF33 

Have you tried cleaning the charging pins on the charger and also the receiving pins on the back of the watch? Otherwise you could also try a different usb plug and if you have access to one, a different charging cable.
