Sense 2 body temperature not tracking

I have been wearing my Sense 2 almost three weeks nonstop expect when charging and showering. It shows my skin temp variation, but not my body temperature????  This was one of the main reasons I bought the sense 2. I’ve tried logging out of app and restarting my phone and shutting down the sense 2 itself. Why is this feature not working????

I don’t know of any model of Fitbits that can track body temperature, just skin temperature. You have to manually log your body temp.
