I am getting the same issue, I bought my sense 2 in April 2023. The Contact Us chat option is stating reply in one minute, but not responding. Please advise @fitbit

Does Fitbit provide any assistance on these message boards? Online chat does not work either. I guess I will to call them now.

I am having exactly the same issue! 
I was forced to install an update and it has completely killed my watch. 
So annoying! Has anyone managed to speak to them about it?
