Sense 2 button stopped working

Since a couple of days the button stopped working. Factory reset did not fix the problem. Everything else seems to work. Can't get to the apps now, for example to change alarm or start an ecg.

What to do?

Sense2 Fitbit 4.65 (1103984556) Version 60.20001.220.31

Samsung s25+, android 16

Try to restart the device once you already tried the steps above.

Hello, 

The watch is clean, the button is clicking and it charges without problems.

Further cleaning does not resolve the issue.
