I recently purchased a Sense 2 and went through every step to enable on wrist calls and notifications from the Fitbit app but I've never gotten the calls and notifications to work. I've tried restarting my phone and Fitbit, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, disabling and enabling Bluetooth, unpairing and repairing the Bluetooth but no notifications or call are going through. My Sense 2 and app are up to date and I'm out of options. It's one of the major reasons I upgraded and that I'm seeing so many issues getting it to work is a big problem. I'm putting my settings below so you can see it should be working, but it is not, and never has.

Is your sense on for calls my problem was it was off. Click the button on the side of the watch, when you see the clock face swipe down that minus sign turns it off and on. if its on do not disturb you will no get any messages
