Sense 2 calls difficulties

I do receive an i coming call but I can only talk to my Iphone not to my watch.

Also i miss the detection in bluetooth of my IPhone of “sense 2 calls “ 

I gave permission, disconnected sense 2, reinstalled etc. Nothing seems to help
