Hi there I’ve just started HIIT training with a group of friends and at the end of the sessions my Fitbit states I’ve burnt only 130 calories and they’ve all burnt nearly 500! My personal settings all appear correct and I record each round of HIIT individually with correct time at work and rest for accuracy and I definitely work hard so I don’t understand? Can anyone help? Thanks

Sense 2 is known for inaccurate HR readings during exercise and most likely this is what affected your calories count.

Hi @Juzy123 - as you have a Sense 2 your post is moved to that forum.
It may be apples and oranges. There are calories burnt for an exercise and cumulative calories burnt depending where you look and sync state with the app.
If your HR readings are correct during exercise (they may not be) it should be an accurate result.
