My Fitbit and iPhone always have Bluetooth sync issues.. I half feel it is done on purpose by Google or Apple or both. Very annoying. One fix is to turn my Fitbit off and on. I did this but instead of resetting it’s telling me to download a Fitbit app. I have apps on iPhone and iPad. But they refuse to even try to sync. What can I do?

Hello @dnkeane! Welcome on board to our community forums!
I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Sense device. The message to download the app usually appears when the device isn't paired. Could you please check if it's paired with the app and Bluetooth on your phone?
