Hello,
my Sense 2 was acting weird and changed the background on it by itself despite what I had set up in the app. I tried synching and it took forever without much movement. I eventually tried doing a force reset of my Fitbit and cannot get the app on my iPhone to find it again. I’ve deleted it from my Bluetooth, turned Bluetooth off and on, restarted my phone, even deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app. It still cannot find it despite my being right next to it, while it’s on the charger. The pebble is showing the different language screens. Please help!

Hi @Kimbee4msu - in the Fitbit App click the battery icon and then "Add more devices" and add/replace your Sense 2. This will find it and install it again unless the watch has a fault.

Hi @Guy_ and welcome @Kimbee4msu to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with the connectivity issue your are experiencing with your Sense 2. Thank you for all the troubleshooting you have already tried.
Thank you @Guy_ for your collaboration.
Just to make sure, what do you understand as a force reset? To restart your Sense 2 press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
When your Sense is near, you should see it in the Bluetooth list of your mobile device. However, if you only see a screen with the Fitbit logo displaying different languages, you'll need to set it up again by following the instructions @Guy_ has shared:

Same problem (with Sense 2). Nothing worked for me. Before the reset, Bluetooth connection between iPhone and Fitbit worked well, so it shouldn’t be an issue now after the reset.
I did the reset in order to try to fix on older glitch of no sleep or advanced health tracking on Sense 2 since September 2023 when Fitbit realized the new app. Premium subscription also didn’t return that functionality.
Now it seems the watch is completely useless as it can’t be found trough Bluetooth (yes, I removed all the old connections, restarted the devices, reinstalled the app, etc)

Hi @lena185 - if the watch already was behaving incorrectly and you did a factory reset it may not have worked properly.
It depends also on what is displayed on the watch, during and after charging.
A second factory reset, via the button, may help restore Bluetooth ability unless the watch has a fault or it fails entirely.
But first use What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device? to verify if the watch has a Bluetooth signal.
@Kimbee4msu - please try this also if you still have difficulties.
