Sense 2 charging cable feedback

Mines is more of a complaint than a question.  I have been a fan of Fitbit from the very beginning.  I  have owned three each time moving up to the latest version. Even when I have had issues with my Fitbit I  still remained loyal. Well I am saddened to say that stops today. Fitbit these charging cables  are ridiculous.  My third Fitbit is the Sense 2, I received it for my birthday October of 2022 as a gift. I loved it, I was excited, got compliments and all that. Then the charging cable went out about two months after I got it, ok no problem went to Bestbuy bought a Fitbit charging cable. This one works until 6/22/2023. So I go online to the Fitbit store and order another charging cable it arrives on 6/27/23. I'm excited because now I can charge my watch and go back to wearing it. Well the disappointment has set in because the charging cable is not working.  I plug in my watch and it shows 0% after 3 hours of charging it still is not working not even coming on. THIS IS THE 3RD CHARGING CABLE IN LESS THAN A YEAR.  I love Fitbit but I can't keep doing  this. When I had my Blaze it was the charging cable and then you didn't have a charging cable replacement for the Blaze. Fitbit I'm sorry to say but as much as I love your product you have lost a customer. The only thing I can tell you is to take solice in knowing I refuse to go to the Apple watch.

Hi @fitdiva1974 - did you follow the cleaning procedure?

If the watch is faulty rather than the cable as it seems to be it can be replaced under warranty, as can the charge cable.

Check the pins on the charger, the one pin seems to get jammed in. 

If this is the case, buy a pair of chargers off of Amazon. I paid less than $10USD one for car, one for home.
