Sense 2 clock face is black

My clock face is gone and my fitbit doesn't seem to be counting steps anymore. It's strange because I can scroll through the settings screens, but the screen that should have my clock face is simply black. I had a custom clock face, but now when i go to clocks it just times out. Is there a reset button on it or something?

First, I would try to restart the watch by pressing the button for approx 10 seconds

OK, it's working again. Don't know what I did but it's back albeit with a lot less battery than I thought I had.
