Sense 2 clock face shows blank fields

My sense 2 fields are blank, but only my numbers line my clock face and my numbers on my exercise screen and main numbers didn't work. The fields are all empty but you can see logos, like email, text, weather and notifications. But you can't see the notification. I have more pictures to send but can only upload one?

Thanks for the detailed information, and the picture provided. I'm sorry you're having this issue and to look into this, do you know when this started? Have you also updated the new firmware available for your Sense 2?

To work on this together, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Restart your Sense 2 to refresh its performance.
  2. Change the clock face to any other one developed by Fitbit.
  3. On the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.

Yes, I've updated the firmware, it's synced, and I have restarted the device many times. Restarting the watch does turn the fields back on for a period of time but it does not fix the problem. The watch still goes blank and the fields are empty at random. And sometimes restarting it works, bit I have to try multiple times.
