Sense 2 constantly turning off

Hello,

 

since today my sense 2 turns itself on/off the whole time. After some time it works again for some minutes / half an hour and then the circle starts again. 
I brought it new this week and it started the first night turning off. Afterwards it worked for Tuesday until today (charged it in between, it’s not at 25%) 

i don’t know what to do

It sounds like you have been unlucky, and gotten a fawlty device. You should contact customer support.
