Sense 2 crashes and reboot all the time

Got my sense 2 and since the very first day it’s been a big problem. Its crashing all the time, before the menu turns up sometimes and then it could work for 5-6 hours. Have tried to «reset to factory setting» and press and hold, then det screen turns to logo flashing and then a big red X. Anyone have a suggestion what this is? Have done this several times, but it just wont work, but sometimes its works about a half day, then its back again to the loop….

I have the exact same problem

I had the exact same issue. For me it happened every time I tried to sync it with the phone from the Fitbit app. I tried everything. Reinstall the app, factory reset the watch, restart the phone (i didn't try to factory reset the phone since I didn't want to go through that for a brand new watch that should be working). Nothing worked so in the end I decided to return it and ask for a refund.

Thats right, the sync is the problem. I turnes Off the Bluetooth on my phone and then the watch works fine… but like you said, to have a smart watch without sync is hopless!

Fitbit? Any updates, fix or good advise?!

It seems to be a software bug. Mine worked perfectly fine until I factory
reset it. After the factory reset it couldn't sync properly and every time
I tried to sync or it tried to sync automatically, it rebooted and showed
the big red X

Okey, how long has it been working now? I Get a reset on nights, then the time is 2 hours wrong and it’s been desynched from the phone. You had one job…. To keep the time 😂🙈 Have been a supporter of Fitbit for a long time, but now i starting to get crazy and mad!!

Refund. And I switched to a galaxy watch 5 pro. I have been using it for
two weeks now and I'm really happy with it.

My Sense 2 reboots randomly several times a day, it even happened while I was in an exercise session yesterday.  I am going to submit a ticket with Fitbit to see if they have a fix for this.  If not, I am seriously considering getting an Apple watch.
