Sense 2 daily readiness score 100 when sleep score 55

Hi

can someone explain to me why my daily readiness score is 100 when I had a poor sleep score of 55?  I know there are other factors involved but shouldn’t a poor sleep  score factor in?   This has happened several times previously.

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

@Caf327   The Daily Readiness Score uses your past week of sleep, not yesterday's sleep log.  Please look at your breakdown, since there are three components considered.

The DRS did use the previous sleep when it was introducted.  But Fitbit changed this a while ago.

Hi

Thanks for the information. That makes sense but I usually do not get good
a sleep score any given night. I usually workout according to how I feel.
But it’s interesting how Google/ Fitbit interprets it.

Hi @Caf327. Welcome back to the community.

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding the Readiness Score data.

In addition to the information that our friend @LZeeW provided, I'd suggest you to take a look at the points listed in the help article:

What's my daily readiness score in the Fitbit app?

Thanks for helping @LZeeW.
