Sense 2 data and app data don’t match

the data on my watch is current and up to date, yet when I sync to my app. The data doesn’t transfer. I have turned the Bluetooth on and off, deinstalled, restarted phone, reinstalled etc… nothing works

I understand how you're feeling and while checking your details I noticed you already have a case created with our Support team. @SunsetRunner @LizzyFitbit my watch has stopped sending data to my phone and hasn’t updated since the day before yesterday. I’ve done the usual steps if switching off Bluetooth etc but nothing. The longer I have this sense 2 the more it seems to be failing to live up to expectations.  Come on Fitbit sort it out please or I’ve no choice it seems but to return my watch at the weekend

@Carmen1212 Thanks for letting me know about your Sense 2 and the steps tried on your own. I see where you're coming from and I'm sorry you're having this experience. I understand you've tried troubleshooting your watch, but could you confirm if you tried the steps described here? If not, please give them a try and let me know how everything goes afterward.
