First of all, I am sorry, that my English is not so good. I hope you will understand my problem.
Sense started to download an update. Somehow. Sense and cell-phone don´t come together via Bluetooth.
Now on the Sense is a sign for download and Sense logo in change. I de-installed the app and re-installed it to begin new. But if you start the watch, the problem is still the same. And if I start to install the App new, the cell-phone doesn´t find the watch via Bluetooth.
What can I do to begin at "Zero" and use the sense in the future?

Remove the Sense 2 Bluetooth entry from the phone
Restart the phone
In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and follow install instructions.
It may help.

You should not be able to setup through the phones Bluetooth. This must be done through the fitbit app.
Do you want to reset your step count on the fitbit app to zero? If you do, open the fitbit app, go to Account, Account Settings, Delete Data.
Warning this will make your account look like you started using fitbit today.
