Sense 2 device not being linked

  • I have bought new Sense 2 which is not getting linked fitbit app is crashing

Hi @Prtkyp  - first logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the window, clear the storage cache and force stop it, remove the sense 2 Bluetooth entry from the phone then restart the phone, and watch for good measure.

 

When you login it should get sorted.
