My sense 2 vibrates on putting to charge.
But doesn't switch on.
When trying to hard reset, the firbit logo comes, stays for 10 seconds and a red cross appears. And screen goes blank again.
It is a new piece and haven't used it for more than a month.
Customer care also can't be reached.

Hi @amrutha91 - you may need to do several restarts.
Press and hold the button for at least 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears, you may need to hold the button for a few more seconds after the screen comes on.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
