In January I purchased what I assumed would be an upgrade to a Sense 2 after my original Sense died at the start of a race. While fine initially, the watch no longer tracks my runs and just randomly dies. It is still tracking my steps but no other exercises?

Thank you for providing the details regarding your Sense 2. Sorry to know the difficulty experienced.
Please, try to perform a restart as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
In addition, sync your device in the Fitbit app by tapping the upper left corner icon > Device > Sync Now.
If Sync Now doesn't work, tap the upper left corner icon > Device > Tile to see if a firmware banner pending appears and update the device.

Thank you so much, I restarted it and now I'm in the process of updating it--I seriously hope it works because I now have to wear two watches to get the data I need for running. Stay tuned!!

Just wanted to thank you for the input, thus far it seems to be holding together, but I can no longer go online and see the map where I ran?

It looks like its working but previously I could go online and view the route I ran, but I dont see that option? Thx.
