Sense 2 firmware update on 2/4/25 is draining my battery really fast

I updated my firmware yesterday and my battery is draining at a really fast rate. They stated it was to resolve issues with the battery overheating. I've had this watch for over 2 years and never had that issue. I charged it to 100% yesterday afternoon, About 10 minutes into my exercise this morning it flashed that it's down to 54%. I got 4 days out of a full charge and now I don't think I will get two full days. Will there be another update to correct this issue?

Let me help you with the issue you are experiencing regarding the performance of the battery of your Sense 2.

The firmware that is intended fix some issues related to battery performance was launched for some Sense and Versa 3 devices.

So i recommend that you take a look at some tips to improve the battery performance of your device.

If you have a Sense or Versa 3 and you have recently updated its firmware, i recommend that you submit a request by visiting the Registration Page.

My battery never had an issue in almost four years!

I had to charge maybe every 3-4 days

then Google pushed through their foolish update now my battery does not last 12 hours

joe do I uninstall the software updtae

i read that this a global issue, so I would expect a fix right away

I have the exact same issue!! Charged yo 90% at 10pm and now it’s at 20%?!?!

Thank you for the advice. The tips on the link you provided I was already doing except for one. I changed that one and I will see if that helps. If it doesn't, I will go to the registration page link you provided. Thanks so much for your help.
