I was so excited to get the Sense 2. I bought it in May 2023, not even two months later my watch displayed a flashing Fitbit logo and then a red x. Called customer service, it could not be fixed so they sent me a replacement. After a month of having my replacement watch, I am having the same issue. Flashing Fitbit logo followed a red X. Called customer service again, nothing can be done besides giving me another replacement. Customer service is great, but the watch itself has some serious issues. After reading others comments, I know that I am not the only one with this problem. Do not recommend.
