At random times, when I try to swipe the face of my Sense 2 to see my step count, it will not work. It appears to be frozen. Then if I wait a few minutes and try again, it might work. I just shut it down completely and turned it back on. So maybe that will fix it. Any other ideas in case that doesn’t work?

Hi @BethS04 - sometimes the watch does have the habit of freezing and a restart by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and waiting for it to come on again fixes it.
However consider changing clock face for 2 reasons, it may have a problem and you may be able to find a more functional clock face which shows the essential information without swiping, such as steps, heart rate, time, battery level etc
As an example see the SimpleClockPro clock face which requires very little navigating to see everything you need for general use.
