Sense 2 has a black screen

Done with Fitbit unless someone has some tips that actually work.  Sorry to sound so salty but this is the 3rd, or maybe it's the 4th, Fitbit I have owned and all of them, regardless of whether it is a Charge, Versa, or Sense have done the same thing.  Vibration quits working first and then you get the black screen of death!  I hold down the side button for over 10 seconds, it vibrates but nothing happens.  It does have a 100% charge as i charged it yesterday and put it on just before bed.

I have watched videos on all things related to this issue.  I have scoured through the forum.

Fitbit team, any new suggestions?  Has Fitbit figured out a fix as this issue has been going on for years!

Hi @Alijwalker - is the watch syncing with the Fitbit App and if not when was the last time it synced and what was the battery level then?

Could it be that it didn't actually charge?

The vibration is it's way of telling you something is happening but if the screen is faulty which can happen, or if it gets water in it, you won't be able to see anything.

If it is syncing and showing HR in the app it will need replacing under warranty.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
