Sense 2 has a red X

I just bought a Fitbit Sense 2 May 11, 2024. Last Thursday it quit working. I have done all the suggestions, forced stop, turned off and on Bluetooth, removed app added back on, etc and nothing works. Please advise! Thanks!

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with your Sense 2 screen. I appreciate the steps followed to get this improved.

Can you answer the following, please?

- Are the LED lights on the back on?
- When was the last time you charged it?
- How long did you charge it for?
- If you haven't charged your Fitbit recently, we ask that you try charging it for 2 hours.
- Does it vibrate when you plug your Fitbit device into the charging cable?
- Have you tried restarting your Fitbit device by following the steps in our support article How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Have you tried the steps in our support article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
