I changed my clockface to a new fancy one, and shortly afterwards the screen on my sense 2 stopped displaying anything at all unless I reboot it. If I reboot it shows the fitbit logo flashing, then an X, then it goes dark again. It's still connected to the phone, but when I try to change the clockface, I get the error "unable to install try again later"

Well, I hadn't done the update yet, and since fitbit doesn't have support anymore apparently I decided to update it. Thankfully that resolved the problem, but I'm pretty sure my next watch will be as un-google as possible.

Same for me. My app can recognize my fitbit but when asked to add the 4 digit code to complete the connection I can't see anything? I've tried a few reboots, and have the red X showing for a few secodns. I need some help too1
