Sense 2 has reset itself

Hi there.

After my last synch, battery was 80% plus and it then shut down.

Now, as per another couple of recent posts, the reset shoes the logo flashing, changes colour and then a big Red Cross appears and the watch shuts down…HELP!!

Hi @Ckeego - it sounds absurd but try restarting it by pressing the button fo 10 seconds til it vibrates and the logo appears. It may not be possible but worth a try.

As it is under warranty it can be replaced or may be better if you are in the window Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds, that way you have a new choice of watch and can start a new warranty.

Tried both resets.

on the soft reset, the Fitbit symbol comes up, then watch turns off.

The 15 sec reset is where the flashing FB symbol colour change and red X :cross_mark: appears.

Ive contacted the seller and they’re working on a replacement. Thanks!!!
