My Fitbit sense2 doesn’t log HRV and Oxygen saturation sometimes.

is this because my device broken or is this what this is?

I got this device few months ago and it’s like this from the the first day.

Hi @Neo2382.

 

Are you wearing the Fitbit tight enough when you go to bed? It should be quite snug in order to get a good heart rate signal.

I have NEVER received an SPO2 reading so far with 2 weeks of owning this thing. Tight on wrist, sleep setting sensitive. The firmware is garbage!!
